Breeze is designed to be a backpackable video downlink system that lets the end user fly over remote sites that would not be accessible via other means. It features an electric power package requiring very little support equipment
Breeze is intended to be flown within the visual range of the pilot and spotter. The camera is fixed and allows for a wide field of view.
Several specific design features ease the pilot’s task of “flying a camera”. A roll stabilization unit allows the pilot to fly almost hands off and guide the plane and camera with rudder input only. A GPS return to pilot system prevents fly off’s in the event of any radio interference. It functions with the aircraft’s computer radio to “loiter the plane” overhead of the pilots take off location.
The plane needs to be flown by an experienced RC pilot but you will find this is one of the easiest planes around to fly. Our “outside the box” process makes it easy to fly a camera and easier still to fly the plane. The pilot should have their minds on the picture and not dealing with a “tiger by the tail”. To that end we take great pride in making these aircraft easy to operate and easy to take off and land. Our success comes from your success.
