AFFORDABLE! XP2 RC Aerial Video Quadcopter - Professional Helicopter UAV Drone

The XP2 is designed by video professionals for capturing the best possible aerial videos and aerial photos with small HD cameras. The XP2 is lightweight design and optimized for carrying small HD cameras while still offering optimal control, flight duration, and power.

Tremendous amount of work has been put into developing the XP2, which includes hundred of hours of testing and redesigning to find the perfect combination of strength, power, size, agility, and performance. The result is a simple camera mount and frame built into one unit that house’s all the sensitive electronics.

New Bi-Deck vibration dampening system - Say goodbye to to jello!

The biggest hurdle in creating usable aerial video is fighting vibration. The XP2 frame is the only bi-deck frame with foam vibration dampeners to fight against camera vibration. Vibration is simply a pure evil to digital cameras, and is often refereed to as the "jello" effect by many who have fought it. The Bi-Deck is simply an essential feature for getting solid aerial video with cameras such as the GoPro Hero and Contour HD.

NEW! The Brains of the XP2 aerial video quadrocopter

The XP2 Quadcopter comes standard with the Naza Flight Control Board from DJI Innovations. This is one of the newest and most popular flight control boards on the market. We've been testing this flight control board for several months now and absolutely are loving its reliability and feature set!

The standard XP2 configuration comes with 2 pre-configured flight modes: Manual (for smooth buttery shots), and Altitude Stable Mode (self stabilizing and barometric altitude hold). We recommend flying in manual mode for the smoothest results. However, if you are just learning to fly, the Altitude Stable Mode is a self stabilizing mode that makes flying much easier.

GPS Module (optional upgrade)

Here are some more of the popular GPS features (please note that we cannot guarantee that the GPS features work 100% of the time, there have been reports of people loosing their multirotors when they don't know how to fly and rely too much on the GPS features):

Return To Home (auto return to home and landing activated by switch on radio, or if radio turns off).
Intelligent Orientation Lock - No matter what orientation the quadcopter is at, the GPS unit will automatically adjust stick inputs so that the quadcopter flies like its facing away from you. (activated by switch on radio)

Powerful Brushless Motors

The XP2 is equipped with high power, high performance, and high quality brushless Cobra motors. These motors are some of the best around and will outlast any cheaper motors on the market. With these motors the XP2 is capable of lifting a payload of up to 400 grams (a GoPro with waterproof case is about 180 grams). You certainly can buy cheap chinese electric motors elsewhere, but you will not get the same results and reliability as these Cobra motors.
Powerful 3-Cell Lipo Batteries

The XP2 RTF version includes 4 x 3-cell 4400mAh lipo batteries that have a flight time of about 7-10 minutes depending upon payload weight. These batters charge in about 30 minutes with the included charger.

INCLUDED:

XP2 RTF (Ready To Fly) with high performance brushless motors
Naza flight control board (no GPS) - Manual and Altitude Stable Mode (activated by switch on controller)
Flight tested
One extra set of props
2.4ghz 6-channel programmable radio and receiver - Specktrum DX6i controller
4 x 3-cell 4400mAh lipo batteries (flight time varies on setup, about 7-10 minutes per battery)
